Starting with the AutoCAD 2023 release, Autodesk changed how language packs are distributed. Language packs are for direct download from the Autodesk Knowledge Network website. Instead, users must download language packs from their Autodesk Account portal. This change was implemented because Autodesk is transitioning away from offering large static SFX files that don't include component or product updates. This means you must have a valid Autodesk account associated with a product license to access these files.
