You can also use the launch options box to execute console commands (prefixed with + ) or custom config files:

Open your Steam Library. Step 2: Find Counter-Strike 1.6 in your game list. (Note: If you own Counter-Strike: Condition Zero , you have CS 1.6 under "Tools" or "Third-party games.")
